EZ Coach
EZ Coach provides resources, equipment, and training to coaches of four to 12 year old youth sport athletes. Our innovative program combines practical instruction and technical illustration designed to instill the fundamentals of each sport. EZ Coach offers a proven method of Constructive Coaching, training youth sport coaches in the most effective, positive, and easy way to coach young players.
With the philosophy that players cannot really learn unless they have coaches who are ready to teach, EZ Coach gives coaches, parents, and volunteers the tools they need to instruct young athletes in the skills and techniques of the game.
A comprehensive coaching system, EZ Coach follows a 12-week plan, featuring 50 activities and drills designed to teach fundamental skills. EZ Coach activities are grouped according to age-specific levels and highlight specific themes and learning outcomes. Activities are quick, easy to set up, and guaranteed to keep kids interested. Our system is versatile and ready for “on the field” fun—use our printed training cards or access printable or animated versions of our training cards online.
EZ Coach offers a full line of products designed to supplement a team’s practice sessions. All equipment referenced in our activity cards is available for purchase on our website. Additionally, EZ Coach’s online and weekend diploma courses for coaches offer hands-on training in our Constructive Coaching methodology—guaranteed to make coaching easier and more effective.
